CloviTek is being built under Vital Webmaster LLC, an already-established U.S. company (Utah) — so the platform has a real operating entity, bank account, books and tax history from day one. These statements are that entity’s. A Delaware C-corp would be formed only at the point of an investment close; until then the build runs cleanly inside the existing LLC.
