CloviTek — Company Boilerplate

CloviTek is a bootstrapped, pre-revenue white-label AI SaaS studio building a fleet of roughly 34 products that let agencies and businesses deploy AI-powered software under their own brand. The company was founded by Vitaly Kirkpatrick (b. Vitaly Magidov), who went from being a Ukrainian orphan to a US technology founder over 10+ years of building. CloviTek follows his first venture, CloviFi (formerly Audio Everywhere, its genuine 2015-17 predecessor brand) — a Wi-Fi HD TV-audio transmitter aimed at the 360 million people worldwide with hearing loss, and a CES 2018 Innovation Awards Honoree and Commercial Integrator 2018 BEST Award winner. CloviTek's sub-brand SpectroScience provides near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy training for food & agriculture professionals.
