Most ideas die unwitnessed. At CloviTek, one spark becomes a product that sells, learns, and gives birth to the next. Scroll to follow its life.
Eight scenes. One continuous light. We personify the idea as “Spark” — a single point that you follow from a question in the dark all the way to a product that begets the next idea. Honesty tags ride along: what’s real today, what’s the frontier.
“What if…?”
In the dark, a question floats. Most ideas die here, unseen. But CloviTek is always listening — CloviIdea catches the market signal: demand, gaps, who already wants this. The question ignites. Spark is born — not a vague wish, but a validated, researched ember with a reason to exist.
Real — discovery + export-to-Venture liveIt joins the family.
A single small agent — the first witness — cups the ember and asks the only question that matters: “What do you want to become?” It runs the plan in CloviVenture. Then it carries Spark into CloviDOS, the Design Operating System, where token rings snap into place: color, type, spacing, motion — inherited from one master. Spark cools from amber to Hydra Teal and resolves into a crisp card. Agents don’t guess the brand — they call getContext() and the system hands it to them.
Composed, not reinvented.
A body needs a pulse. The agent plugs Spark into CloviDOS Core — the universal modular backend — and real capabilities flow in like blood: auth, billing & metering, storage, AI guardrails, search. Spark doesn’t invent organs; it composes proven ones (one app.backend.json, no forking the kernel). The ember now has vitals you can measure.
From spark to plugin to product.
Composed, dressed and wired, Spark snaps into its first walking form — a plugin: a real, usable capability. Then the camera pulls back and the tile grows into a full product card with the signature amber corner-fold and a confident 3D tilt — earning a name, an icon, and its own brand color. It becomes itself.
Partial — the honest frontierTo market — and it sells.
Spark steps onto the storefront — the AppSumo listing, the outreach pipeline. A stranger clicks. A counter lights. The idea that almost died unwitnessed in Act I is now someone’s purchase. No confetti — just one dignified expanding ring of light: the world chose it.
Real infrastructure · revenue is projected (pre-revenue today)Self-expansion: proposed, human-approved.
The product doesn’t go static. It learns — from its users, its own output, its domain (CloviMind: ingest → RAG → self-expand → honest self-QA → feed the shared brain). Inbound pulses accumulate into a small glowing knowledge core inside the card.
Partial — CloviAble→CloviSense link live; rollout is the target★ The money shot
The product emits a seed of light that arcs back across the screen — the journey line we just traveled bends into a circle — and ignites a new, brighter ember. Spark has a child. Watch the second pulse outrun the first: this is not a pipeline. It’s a self-accelerating engine.
Thesis — the loop is real as an operating model; “accelerating” is the betThe loop isn’t a looped GIF. Below is the living ecosystem graph: Idea → Agent → Plugin → Product, with light-pulses for genuine activity and learning loops feeding back. Brightness encodes knowledge growth.
Our real metric is the traction of building. Live signals from the ecosystem, pre-revenue stated plainly. Forward-looking figures are tagged, never hidden.

The same founder built CloviTek's financial model twice, nine years apart. What changed between them is the entire thesis — now productized.
Each line is a bill the founder used to pay. Each is now an owned Clovi* product or agent running at ~$0 marginal cost.
Honesty: the CPA and Startups.co/LivePlan costs are founder-stated/measured; the Legal and Accounting line-items are pending extraction from the filed CloviTek/Vital Webmaster P&Ls (tagged below). “NOW ~$0” means marginal cost on owned infrastructure — not that the work is free of effort.
This isn't a slideshow of features — it's dogfood. The portfolio's own products built this page, this session. Every claim below is backed by a specific artifact we can point to. Tap a card to expand it. Every capability is honesty-tagged: LIVE (dogfoodable now), BACKEND (running, launch-pending), PLANNED.
Not aspirational. Each row points to a real artifact produced this build session.
The "What it took — Then vs Now" panel on the investor page was assembled by our Discovery Agent straight from the founder's real Drive archive — filed 1120s and dev invoices — then rendered by CloviDOS pulling live brand tokens.
See it on the investor pageThe brand & story hero art across this experience was generated by our own CloviImage platform — the same studio we sell, producing the visuals you're looking at.
Open CloviImageWhen extraction hit a wall — gdown blocked, an MCP size limit — the agents routed around it and finished the job. The principle in action: capability gaps become building blocks.
A 33-component admin library plus an onboarding set. The investor-portal admin panel was composed from it, not hand-coded — the design OS building real UI.

Explore the fleetThe velocity proof, measured: a new agent costs ~10 minutes and ~$0.53 to build — and 27 were built this session. That number, not a roadmap, is the moat.
The build work — and the founder's 2005 → 2026 history — is tracked and reconstructed by our own tools, the same delivery and timeline tracking we ship.
CloviLegal drafted the Company-assets legal docs; CloviFinance reconciled the financials behind the model on these pages — the back office, dogfooded.
The factory doesn’t build one product — it builds a portfolio. Below are live preview pages for products rolling out now. Each is a real, colorful landing page. Open any of them in a new tab and look around.
The honesty ledger isn’t a disclaimer buried in a footer — it’s a feature of this page. Showing the seam is what builds trust. Most pitches over-claim; we under-claim and over-deliver.

Honest frontier in one line: net-new code generation is scaffold-only; mobile is ~0% today (the gap is the app store, not the codegen); billing is live on only one product. The fundable asset is velocity + an owned, compounding ecosystem — not fabricated traction.
Every sibling shares the CloviDOS family look — because every one was dressed by the same Design OS. A few of the real products orbiting the loop:
