Build a shared billing + credit-metering layer

Today only CloviAble has real Stripe. Every other product is AppSumo-redemption-only with no recurring path, and 9 AI products log but never cap Claude/Gemini/ElevenLabs spend → margin blows up on one power user.

Why first: you cannot safely sell an LTD on a product that can run unlimited paid AI. Build once → every product inherits credit caps + Stripe.

Adopt durable S3 storage fleet-wide

PDF / Image / Narrate / Cover / Charts / QR write to local disk (ephemeral, no CDN, feeds the /root disk-pressure problem). Promote the existing DeckSpeaks /v1/files API to a shared service behind CloviGateway; bucket clovi-<slug>-files; serve via branded CDN.

Truth-in-product cleanup P0 — review risk

Resolve mocks, vaporware, and overclaims before any listing

No backend at all: CloviVenture, CloviReach, CloviRedact (its claimed AnonDocs core isn't on disk), CloviTrade — build or shelve.
Mock/synthetic core: CloviAgent, CloviCRM, CloviAnalytics (facades); CloviLeads, CloviIdea, CloviYT (synthetic data).
Overclaims to fix: CloviLegal "160 templates" (8 real); CloviBrand "AI logo" (templated SVG); CloviYT "channel analysis" (no real YouTube API).

Why: selling any of these as-is is a refund + 1-star + reputation risk on AppSumo, which now actively screens for thin-AI.

Product Intelligence Layer (RAG) P1 — the moat

Implement the architecture being generated now (/root/CLOVITEK_PRODUCT_INTELLIGENCE_LAYER.md): per-product curated RAG + templates + examples + validation + citations + memory, so outputs are grounded and not "LLM wrappers." Phase it: shared layer → CloviLegal/Forms/PDF/Idea/Venture → Deck/Narrate/Human/Brand/Build → ManuscriptSmith/AudiobookSmith.

Why: this is what separates a defensible suite from 20 prompt-wrappers — and directly counters the AppSumo "AI-slop" perception.

AppSumo launch — reputation-first sequence P1

CloviAble — Stripe already live; just patch the widget's hardcoded score.
CloviPDF — add S3 output + a Stripe path (high-demand category).
CloviLegal — fix the template-count claim; depends on CloviPDF render.
CloviQR + CloviBioLink — cheapest to run, highest-margin LTDs.
CloviTranscribe + CloviImage — Transcribe is free to run (self-hosted Whisper).

Rules: never launch two big ones at once; marketplace-first → AppSumo Select after 25+ reviews at 4★+; space launches 6–12 months; route the long tail through clovitek.com under the studio brand.

Stand up a public roadmap surface per flagship (ships ~monthly, changelog'd).
Build a founder-led community ("<Product> Family" group) — feature voting, early access.

Finish the auth story P2

Give clovicharts.com / cloviscan.com their own cookie-setting login (cross-domain cookie limitation today).
Add Google/social sign-up to the central SSO minter (one place → all apps inherit).
Migrate the per-app isolated user tables onto the shared entitlement layer.

Operational P2

Finish the redundancy VPS — paste the SSH key into the Contabo console; provisioning auto-fires.
Investigate chronic restart loops: clovicrm (494), clovitek-platform (444), spectroscience-site (249).
CloviPDF /consent/loader.js 404 is fixed; sweep other apex domains for the same gaps.
